Precision Tune Auto Care operates over 300 automotive centers in the United States and 17 retail units in the Bay Area. We are expanding in the region and need experienced customer service advisors that share our values.
Precision Tune places the highest degree of importance in building customer relationships one person at a time. We are searching for people to grow with who share our vision of exceeding customer expectations in an atmosphere of respect and professionalism.
Primary duties include: customer greeting and writing service orders, managing the vehicle inspection process, estimating service work, professionally sharing vehicle needs with customers, managing parts, and organizing the shop flow to maximize productivity.
Our service mix includes a full menu of automotive services including: all brands of tires, brakes, alignments, shocks & struts, suspension, smog checks, tune-ups, diagnostics, computer & electrical, oil changes, air conditioning, heating & cooling, scheduled maintenance services, and general repair.
