In an email, Kelley answered my questions on maintaining a relationship in college and shared some advice. Check out part one here!

How do you stay in contact?

Staying in contact with one another is pretty easy for Rashad and I. We are just a message or phone call away! From the moment we wake up, until it is time to go to bed, we are communicating. In-between classes we check up on each other to see how everything is going or what exciting news may have happened in the world. Rashad typically comes home for the weekend 1-2 times a month so we always see each other then. I plan to visit him soon, to keep things exciting.

Do you have any trust issues in your relationship?

In my opinion, being apart automatically leads to some sort of trust issues. I don?t care what anyone says; the moment a couple is split miles apart, things change. It?s not the fact that I don?t trust him while he?s away; it?s that I don?t trust the girls. Some girls are shady, and when they see a good opportunity they run towards it. ?My boyfriend is a good catch, without a doubt, and most females notice that.

What advice do you have for couples dealing with long-distance trust issues?

I would be conscious of the people your partner hangs out with. I?m not saying you have to investigate them, just listen to how your partner talks about them, and watch how often they hang out. Do they hang out in a group or is just the two of them?

If you do have a problem, I would simply ask your boyfriend/girlfriend. Be aware that what he/she says may not be the answer you?re looking for, but you will get an answer. Don?t be obsessive because that is nothing but a turn off. If something is going on and it is meant for you to know, trust me you will find out.

I?ve had my trust issues, and so has Rashad. If a person didn?t worry about their partner, I would think that they just don?t care enough about their relationship to make sure things are working.

Abstract

There are now sizeable Muslim communities in many European societies.? Their presence is a major topic of public debate, often for the wrong reasons.? This paper considers the disquiet that lies behind these not very well-informed commentaries; it then places the discussion in a broader perspective.? Several factors must be taken into account if we are to understand the significance of religion in modern Europe and the place of Islam within this.? They include cultural heritage; vicarious religion (the old model); a shift from obligation to consumption (the new model); new arrivals (including Muslims); secular reactions; and a rapidly changing global context.? Each of these factors will be taken in turn.

Grace Davie is professor emeritus in the Sociology of Religion in the University of Exeter.? She is a past-president of the American Association for the Sociology of Religion (2003) and of the Research Committee 22 (Sociology of Religion) of the International Sociological Association (2002-06).? In 2000-01 she was the Kerstin-Hesselgren Professor in the University of Uppsala, where she returned for the 2006-07 academic session and again in 2010.? In January 2008, she received an honorary degree from Uppsala.

In addition to numerous chapters and articles, she is the author of Religion in Britain since 1945 (Blackwell 1994), Religion in Modern Europe (OUP 2000), Europe: the Exceptional Case (DLT 2002) and The Sociology of Religion (Sage 2007); she co-author of Religious America, Secular Europe (Ashgate 2008), and co-editor of Predicting Religion (Ashgate 2003) and Welfare and Religion in 21^st Century Europe (2 vols) (Ashgate 2010 and 2011).

I have moved into a dwelling that has a 3 prong outlet for the dryer. My dryer has 4 prongs. So I bought a 3 prong pigtail to swap out the cords. I also bought a separate green wire to connect from the grounding terminal to the center (neutral) terminal to satisfy the grounding requirement. Here is the issue: after removing the 4 prong from the terminal block, there is another green wire that is connected to the grounding terminal that originates from somewhere inside the dryer grouped with a bundle of other wires.

1. What is this other wire and what grounding requirement does it satisfy?

2. Do I ...

a. remove it, then proceed with the connection of the ground terminal to the neutral terminal with the separate wire that I bought?

b. leave it connected, and proceed with the connection with the wire that I bought as stated in (a) above?

c. leave it connected, and forego the connection with the wire I bought?

I have been google searching this particular issue for days and have found plenty of tutorials on swapping a 4 prong with a 3 prong, yet oddly there is never any mention of this other green wire. Can anyone enlighten me so that I can proceed with installing the 3 prong safely? Thank you.

Base with the date of literature,the Liver metastasis has happened in 15%~25% patients when the colorectal cancer be found. 20%~35% metastasis can be only found in liver and 50%~70% advanced stage patients get Liver metastasis.So,to control and cure Liver metastasis in one important way to improve the survival rate of colorectal cancer patient.Know ,there are a lot of way to cure hepatic metastasis in colorectal cancer,such as operation, chemotherapy of all over the body, hepatic artery chemotherapy, microwave cure, alinjection, freezing, radiotherapy and immunotherapy.How to select the trate way is a problem that worh discuss.Objective:By the analysis of 36 colorectal cancer patient who get liver metastasis,to find out the best way to cure hepatic metastasis in colorectal cancer.Methods:36 patient who got hepatic metastasis in colorectal cancer mananged between 2002-2007 at our hospital were involved.There are 22 male and 14 female,the age between 36-79,the average age is 58.All the liver metastasizes are be found before the operation.19 have only one liver metastasis.6 are found in the left external lobe of liver,4 in the left internal lobe,9 in the right lobe.11 have more than one liver metastasis ,but all the metastasizes only be foud in the right lobe.There are also 6 have diffuse liver metastasis.The size of the liver metastasis between 1-5 cm.The position and the pathology type: 12 happened at colon transversum, 5 at ascending colon,6 at decending colon, 13 at sigmoid colon. There are 10 poorly differentiated cancer, 15 well-differentiated cancer and undifferentiated cancer. The histology of lvere metastasis and colorectal cancer are same.Divide all the patients to two groups as the different therapy way: A :cut liver metastasis(n=21); B: not cut liver metastasis (n=15) .Use x2 test,to find out if there are differents between the survival rate of two groups.result:there are no patient death in the operation.5 patient death at earlier period, 2 in A group and 3 in B group.All the survival patients are follow-up visited between 0.5-5 years.The 1 year.3 year and 5 year survival rate of A group are 76.19%?38.09%?19.04%,the date of B group are 53.33%?26.67%?0%.There are 16 have recidivation of liver metastasis,in them,5 patient have do the operation of liver again.The 1 year.3 year and 5 year survival rate of people who have do the liver operation again are 80.00%?20.00%and 0.00% .the 1 year.3 year and 5 year survival rate of people who have not do the liver again are 18.18%?0.00%?0.00%?conclusion:If the primary tumor can be radical excisied, the radical excision of Liver metastasi is the best way of therapy and can obviously improved the survival rate.If the liver metastasis has recidivated,the best way of the therapy is to do a liver radical excision.
